Tot wouldn't use potty
A KILBIRNIE man who beat a two-year-old because she wouldn't use a potty is facing a jail sentence.
Cruel Joseph Burke hit the frightened toddler so hard that doctors spotted bruising on her bottom in the shape of his hand, Kilmarnock Sheriff Court heard.
He was earlier found guilty and was back up for sentencing.
