TWO photographers have been left shaken and out of pocket after opportunist thieves stole a rare camera during a shoot for a camping magazine.

The snappers were on Fairlie Road - near Knockendon Farm in Dalry - taking pictures for a glossy publication when the thieves struck.

The two robbers pulled up in their vehicle, jumped out and one grabbed one of the photographers by the face, while the other pushed the other victim to the floor.
